Where we ship

We ship within Australia only.

Rates

Express Post is $15.00. Orders of $150.00 or more ship free with Express Post. Your rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, Express Post is typically 1 to 3 business days depending on your location. These are Australia Post estimates rather than guarantees, and delivery can take longer to regional and remote areas or during peak periods.

Tracking

You will get a confirmation email when you order, and a tracking number by email once your parcel is dispatched.

Delivery addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we can resend it once postage is paid again.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for 7 business days, email hello@pepdirectau.com with your order number and we will lodge an enquiry with Australia Post. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will replace it or refund you.
