Who we are

This website is operated by PEP DIRECT. Throughout the site, the terms we, us and our refer to PEP DIRECT. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

Our products

Our products are cosmetic skincare, intended for topical use on the skin and scalp to improve their appearance and condition. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

If you have a skin or scalp condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are unsure whether a product suits you, speak to your doctor or pharmacist before use. We publish the full ingredient list for every product. Please read it before ordering, particularly if you have known allergies or sensitivities, and patch test on a small area before first use.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where a product has been listed at an incorrect price or is out of stock. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

Orders and delivery

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send you a confirmation email. See our shipping policy for dispatch times, rates and delivery estimates.

Accuracy of information

We work hard to describe our products accurately, but colours, packaging and presentation may vary slightly from the images shown. If a product is materially not as described, our returns and refunds policy applies.

Use of this site

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to purchase from us. You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, and not to reproduce, resell or exploit any part of it without our written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to replacing the product or refunding its purchase price.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
